Shopping Service Process

The process involved in requesting my services is fairly simple.
  1. Using the form on the contact page (or email or Facebook), send me a shopping service request.
  2. Upon receipt and confirmation, I will send you an invoice for your first payment (item cost + any fees). For auctions, the first payment is your max bid + the associated Paypal fee.
  3. After you pay your invoice, I will purchase the item(s).
  4. If your item is being shipped, I will let you know once it arrives. I will provide photos upon request, but don’t do so automatically due to the time it takes.
  5. When you are ready to ship, please complete the shipping request form. I will not package until you request it! Please note that if you change your mind about shipping and want to add to your order after you have completed the form, you will be charged a 500 yen repackaging fee to cover the costs of the wasted materials.
  6. I will invoice you for shipping within three business days.
  7. After you pay the invoice, I will ship your package within one week unless otherwise specified.

If you have any questions or concerns at any time during the process, please feel free to contact me! I try my best to reply quickly, within 24 hours at most.
